Corinna Calligraphy requires a down payment of 50% of the quoted price. The outstanding balance is due at the completion of all work. SHIPPING All shipping will be paid by the customer. You pay actual shipping costs. Corinna Calligraphy ships via UPS. The actual shipping costs will be included on the final invoice. PAYMENTS PayPal or money orders preferred. If paying by personal check, allow time for your check to clear. Make payments via Paypal here! TIMING OF MATERIALS As a general rule, materials must be received by Corinna Calligraphy at least 30-days in advance from when you need them back. Larger orders may require more time; smaller orders may have some flexibility. CLIENT PROVIDED INFORMATION The client will need to provide a complete TYPED list (11 pt or larger). This list is to be exactly as the client wants it to appear on the envelopes (label or stacked format). No faxed, spread sheet or handwritten lists will be accepted. Client is responsible for the accuracy of the addresses. Corinna Calligraphy requires that the client provide the envelopes plus 10% or 10 extra, which ever is larger. FINE ART Copyright to the finished, assembled work produced by Corinna Calligraphy and Corinna Taylor, is owned by Corinna Calligraphy and Corinna Taylor, unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Reproduction rights to works produced by Corinna Calligraphy are specifically not transferred to the client, and remain the property of Corinna Calligraphy and Corinna Taylor, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
